Happy Face

These two young guys were coming down the roadway near a temple in Rawai. 

I heard the laughter before I actually saw them, so I turned around and waited for them to come around a corner. 

My camera caught their attention and they began to ham it up for me.

Rang Hill Butterfly

This photo was taken at Rang Hill, in Phuket town. 

On this day there had been a ceremony at the main statue, and this butterfly was very attracted to the flowers.

Nai Thon Framed

While strolling along the beach at Nai Thon, I spotted this couple posing for a beach photo. 

The angle I had gave me what I thought was a great opportunity to photograph people photographing each other. 

The umbrella stands and deck chairs just added to that feeling of them being "framed".

Wat Ladthiwanaram

Taken at night during the annual Loy Krathon festival. 

The temple grounds are located off of Chaofa Road East, near Chalong.

Taken from the most popular location in Phuket to watch the colourful sunsets 

at Promthep Point/Cape.

YG Dragonboats

Taken at the Thailand Youth Games, at Nai Harn lake, close to the community of Nai Harn and rawai on the southern tip of Phuket. I liked the colours and the obvious intensity.

Wat Chalong

This is a temple building at Wat Chalong, the largest temple grounds in Phuket. From here you have a view of Big Buddha and the temple grounds can be seen from the Big Buddha site as well!!
